Janet NEW Eyeliner
Janet returned for a second appointment for eyebrows and eyeliner. When she compared the NEWEST method of anesthetic and technique, she was THRILLED! NO PAIN WITH THE EYELINER OR THE EYEBROWS. What impressed Janet the most is how the NEW eyebrows and eyeliner makes her face look BRIGHTER!
